POWERMAX MOTORSPORTS provides limited warranty coverage on manufacturer's defective parts on its POWERMAX products. This warranty covers all parts and labor costs when units are purchased at full retail price and repaired at the original place of purchase.
The following parts are covered under this warranty during their warranted period from the date of purchase.
- Engine/Transmission/Carburetor: 6 months
- Electrical Components/Wiring: 6 months
- Frame/Shocks/Swing Arm/Exhaust: 6 months
This warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear parts including, but not limited to, body panel, seat upholstery, bumper, air filters, brake pads, tires, bulbs, cables, bearings, fasteners, chains, etc., or damage due to lack of scheduled maintenance, accident, act of God, misuse or consumer abuse. Modifications to this vehicle that are not POWERMAX approved parts will void the warranty.
Return of defective parts at your expense may be requested for replacement. In some cases, we may ask you to take and forward a picture of the part(s) in question to verify warranty information. Once the warranty claim is approved, we will send the replacement part(s) within seven (7) business days by Canada Post ground only. We stock a full range of parts in our warehouses. If certain parts are out of stock and must be ordered, lead-time may be extended.
This warranty does NOT cover products sold on-line and not delivered through an authorized POWERMAX Dealer without written authorization from POWERMAX Motorsports Corporation.
